· In Apr through June, we reached out to surrounding counties to their chairpersons, and local clubs to see if we can work together with sharing information, training and resources. This coalition building is progressing well and some of their leaders have accepted leadership roles in our Facebook group. Welcome Hugo Chapa, Brenda Cruz, Julie Hilberg, Sandy Young, Pam Meyer, Norma Ramirez, Jared Hokema, Sylvia Bruni, Juanita Martinez, Albert Alvarado, Chon Moron, Leon Alarcon, Edna Cantu, Irene Cavazos, and Suanne Pyle.

· May 13, 2021; Sherry Saenz and I went to the town hall on border security and met by Albert Alvarez after the open forum briefing. We need to stay engaged with the hostilities towards immigrants because local people feel as if there is an invasion.

· Malissa and Lisa Torres are Volunteer Deputized Voter Registrar s (VDRs) Live Oak County, Travis and Harris counties. As Democrats until we find volunteers in our county to register voters in addition to Lisa and I; we are working with surrounding counties to register voters. Each county chair will help us become VDRs in their counties so, we can lend support and safety in numbers.

· In June, Medina County Chairwoman Sandy Young, Atascosa County Chairwoman Julie Hilbert and I traveled to a party meeting in Eagle Pass. We launched the Highway 90 Dems Coalition officially and met with other county chairs as we continue to build relationships.

· Democrats have two contributing monthly members/officers. We are seeking to expand membership in our party; we are requesting a minimum of $5 a month per adult. If there is a family that decides to join; we are happy as an organization to set a family price when that occurs. Funds will go towards items the party deem necessary to support, recruit, retain candidates, attendance to state and national events and purchase candidate signs etc.

· On July 8, Lisa and I are traveling to Aransas County to meet with their local leaders to expand our coalition, meeting candidates and billeting with Pam Myers, Democratic County Chairwoman.
